Below is the answer from hamqth.com:

I'm sorry, HamQTH doesn't have these files. The callbook database is available through online service in XML/ADIF format. I don't provide files for download. The files are probably in some kind of binary format. Do you know the structure?

Maybe hamqth.com can provide the necessary data.

Hello to all,

Many years I was running QRZ callbook server with my NOS software.

As of February 10, 2014 QRZ.COM is no longer offering to sell this product

the way that they were providing; we needed only two files callbkc.dat and callbkc.idx

in order to function with JNOS or TNOS software. Even they are not renewing old

subscriptions. This product was NOT free in the past, but now with this kind of limitation

their only intention is to make more money…

I don’t know JNOS developers like VE4KLM, Maiko Langelaar what kind of solution may

bring to solve this situation or convince QRZ.COM to support our public service like before.

Even purchasing their $995.00 lifetime platinum package won’t bring our old service.

Is this ham radio spirit? I don’t think so!

Below you see QRZ.COM download information from their website.

QRZ Database Downloads

Special Notice As of February 10, 2014, QRZ no longer offers new subscriptions for these downloads. Existing subscribers may continue to download these files until their subscriptions expire, however, those subscriptions will not be renewed.

These data files are being phased out as they no longer meet the needs of many of today's more modern services. After 20+ years, they had a good run.
