[nos-bbs] why am I loosing my bulletins ?

Hi Maiko,
When connect to you I don't see that you have any areas. Perhaps that is 
part of your disappearing bulletins issue?

wierd. Each time bulletins come in, the entire area (for example ww) is 
wiped and just the bulletins that came in are showing. The next time a 
forward comes in with N bulletins, the previous ones just disappear, and 
the new ones are there. Is this a consequence of the rewrite file, 
wondering if I messed something up on it. I'm going to check the code 
and see how this works, but this is NOT the way it's supposed to be.
