Actually Gary,

Did you try and connect to JNOS with JNOS freshly started ? or more
specifically, you have NOT initiated ANY outgoing connect attempts to
the RMS Express system before trying a connect from outside. Wonder
now if this is a 'state' bug in my code, which I thought was fixed
way back then. Let me know please if it's not too much trouble.
