[nos-bbs] X-BBS-Msg-Type: E Recent Messages

Some simple things to determine what is going on with these "E" messages:

- search logs for "FC EM" to see who is connecting to you with B2F enabled,
  so that you can tell them to create mbox nob2f entries for you and all of
  their forwarding partners

- search each AREA.txt file for "X-BBS-Msg-Type: E"; if so,
  - see if the FROM field shows your forwarding partner after the @; if so,
  - then you are accepting B2F and need an mbox nob2f statement for them.
  - If FROM field shows another station after the @, then your partner is OK.

Even if you and your partner have the mbox nob2f statements, you can still
unwittingly forward affected "E" messages from further back along the line.
If we each do these things, our reach goes further around the world to sniff
out the stations that still need to fix things.  Unlike some FBB and BPQ
sysops who complain that there are unknowing/uncaring sysops out there, we
need to look at this logically and just fix it without blaming anyone.
