I'm going to make an educated guess and say this is the result of the
flood of grunged dupes from 10 years ago +/- that's flooding the boards.
Some don't have EOF, some have no title, some don't even come through as
B type but E type messages instead.

I'm sure if you see that it's the same batch of bulletins, and send them
to G4APL, he'll be happy to flag them as pre-sent to you so they won't
retry.
