    44.102.1.1 is my Hamgate (hamgate.washtenaw.ampr.org) and the .100 
address is assigned to pog.ampr.org, but I don't recall him being on the 
air in a few years.  But if you are seeing this come *IN* to your RF port, 
I doubt it is originating here in 44.102 land (Michigan).
