[nos-bbs] INP3 settings jnos

Hi Maiko,

Tnx, will do that.

With jnos release (2.0J.3) I see a SABM packet every time before it
makes a L3RTT
transmission to my standard ax25 node in linux. 
Not good!

I made a 45 minute recording of these transmissions at that port and
every time jnos
is doing that.



JNOS to XNET L3RTT transmissions look normal, No SABM frames by jnos
before L3RTT here.
(As far as I can see)
