[nos-bbs] Link with other JNOS system

Hello to all.
I am a beginner with JNOS.
I just JNOS up at home, and I would like to configure my system with 
another system jnos for forwarding messages/bulletin.

I don't have ip static but i have a no-ip adress. f8coj.no-ip.org

my ampr adress is 44.151.54.29

I don't know how to set up for link with other jnos station.
