1) cd < where ever your source code is >

2) wget "http://www.langelaar.net/projects/jnos2/quickfix/fbbfwd.c"

3) define TRANSLATEFROM in your config.h

4) make

5) test it using Bob's awesome tutelage ...

6) let me know either way if it works or not :)
