[nos-bbs] RIP broadcasts? -SOLVED!

Thanks to all who helped me with this. Everything seems to be working
properly now. 

When Maiko asked if my jnos box was running behind a firewall, I didn't
think so, so I answered no, as the router's SPI firewall was disabled
and all the necessary services were port forwarded to the jnos machine.
I was wrong!

Putting jnos into the DMZ was the answer (thanks to Don, ve3zda).
