[nos-bbs] RIP

I've been monitoring the RIPv2 broadcasts using wireshark. The source IP
169.228...(at UCSD) arrives at my jnos system (destination) and the
protocol RIPv2 is indicated. In the opposite direction however (my jnos
back to ucsd), the protocol shows ICMP and Destination unreachable (Port
unreachable). I assume then that the RIP conversation is not being
completed and that something is blocking my return packets. I'm getting
warm (I think). Still open to suggestions.
