[nos-bbs] JNOS Rewrite - Blocking a specific callsign

The above refuses all users FROM: 'AA6XYZ in the domain name to all 
users at every domain.

all@*.AA6XYZ <mailto:all@*.AA6XYZ>*   | *@*      refuse


Refuses only FROM: user 'all' with a domain name containing 'AA6XYZ' to 
all users at every domain.


To use 'refile' smtp_refile has to be defined in config,h


My example I used prevents all users from any domain at Internet to sent 
mail
to area/user  'all' at server with ve3abc in the host-name.
