[nos-bbs] JNOS Rewrite - Blocking a specific callsign

Hello all:
 
In the JNOS rewrite file, I see I can reject/refuse messages
addressed TO places/areas, but I don't see how to reject
messages FROM an individual callsign.
 
Anyone know how to refuse messages FROM a specific callsign?
