[nos-bbs] Soundmodem compile fail (try this instead)

I am playing with AGWPE.  I haven't messed with that program in 13
years.  I can't get it to to work.  All of my other soundcard programs
seem to work ok with my interface.  However, AGWPE does not.  I had it
sending sound out, but the PTT just hangs and now I can't even get
sound out.

I am using WinXP.  This frustration is what I remember years ago and
led me to buying an hardware TNC.
