[nos-bbs] a JNOS patch is now available

Okay, hopefully I have not screwed this up ...

NOTE : a special thanks to Chris (KQ6UP) for being a sandbox :)

A patch is available for the wpage problems of late, this will bump
your JNOS to version 2.0j.1 - I have NOT put it on the rsync site yet,
and would prefer to wait a few days before I check it all in again.

There are 2 files to download :

It is very important that you read the information file (the first one).
