[nos-bbs] how to get encap?

Hi All

Just getting back into NOS using JNOS2 after a very long break from it all
(1996) so really I am new

And fighting my way through setting up  again, I have an ampr address and IP
and from what I can find it would seem I need to register somewhere to be
included in encap or the rip system, and even to get others via those
methods

Trouble is the only contact I could find seemed to be an invalid email
address.

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated
