in order to provide a valuable collaboration for data entries into
the new Practical Guide, please let me know:
- if the documents format *.pdf (or *.odt) are suitable for that job;
- if it is appropriate, where possible, to follows procedures similar
  to the 'how-to';
- if you may show a priority list on the topics to prepare for this 
  job;
- other business.
