I have already done this. so I should be in the encap.txt file. plus it should 
be under 44.22
not 44.022
 from what I understand  most people are using rip and not encap.txt   but I 
went ahead and did the  ampr.org  gateway thing. last encap.txt I got  I was in 
it.
