[nos-bbs] UnreachablePort Returned

I'm receiving the RIP broadcasts fine and along some other UDP broadcast is 
coming in that my system responds ICMP UnreachablePort Returned. I can read 
plaintextpasswd in the broadcast. Can anyone tell me what this is? Do I need 
to receive this and what do I do to receive. I also see that UnreachablePort 
Returned reply to some other broadcasts. I don't see that it mentions any 
particular port.
