[nos-bbs] 25 Day Negative Timer Fix

Greetings to all,

I've done some work over the past few days to try and fix the 25 day
negative timer issue that has plagued linux JNOS users from day one.

The decision in the end was to make the Jnos Clock a 64 bit integer,
using the 'long long int' variable. It was actually quite simple to
implement. The idea of resetting the Starttime each week turned out
to be more trouble than a cure - to quote Bill (AB6MT). Now it is
time to test and see how well this works. I'm already running it.

This fix is only available via rsync (sorry). Use this command :

    rsync -av www.langelaar.net::jnos2 <empty directory for source>

You must do a complete recompile - make clean, then make.
