[nos-bbs] JNOS and B2F forwarding to WL2K

Can anybody comfirm that B2F forwarding to the WL2K RMS stations is
still working with the JNOS 2.0g4 code?   My system is sending a
message proposal of "FC message_id - - 0" and it appears that the WL2K
system is flat denying it.
