[nos-bbs] JNOS 2.0f and MBOX in PACTOR mode

Hi Maiko,

Any chance of you making JNOS MBOX work with PACTOR? It is something that is
really missing from JNOS. It works FBB when it forwards with Airmail, but
the MBOX prompt is surely a miss.
I use a PTC-II here.
