[nos-bbs] Any interest ? JNOS + MultiPSK possibilities

Any time you put in the glue so that Widget A can work with Widget B -
it's a really good thing and who know what may come of those building
blocks.

While the IP mode is probably a novelty at best, the other basic
operation using the sound card modem magic of MultiPSK (or similar)
could really kick loose some interesting communications options...
