[nos-bbs] SCS modem does pactor

Hello All, 

I found out that when the SCS modem is set to hostmode you have to switch the pactor listen mode on in jhost mode.  Normaly this is on by default and should not be a problem. 
Also i had a callsigng mix up, it seems not possible to connect to the same call al your Jnos to forward to I tryed to go around with BBS call sing PI8YSM and use ifconfig and MYCall in PTCII.cfg but when i used another call sing it worked.
