[nos-bbs] HFDD modem config problem SCS PTC-IIE

Hello All, 

In my JNOS   i have made a HFDD  interface called ptcII ( with my brand new SCS PTC-IIE) 

For one reason it switches to packet mode instead of pactor mode when i try to forward. 
Is there someone out there who can give me a reason? 

Perhaps my ptcII.config should be differend?  Ii read chapter 5 at http://www.langelaar.net/projects/jnos2/documents/hfdd.txt
 
This is how it responds with ifconfig.  ("encap not set" is normal ?? )

The SCS PTC-IIe responds also good, although PACTOR-1 led does not lit. 
When i use mb kick <callsign>  SCS modem jumps to packet.

Have used the comm command to set the SCS modem with the PT command to pactor in host mode but no suc6 :(
