Bill;

That's the second funniest thing I've read in email today!
The league was presented with MFNOS and URONode by Connecticut Section
Manager K1EIC several times and because the ARRL didn't understand what
she was presenting, they discarded it. Recently she resubmitted her
articles again and she was told that while they felt that such softwares
were above the scope of today's licensees, they were going to do an
article in the year 2010.

Note: the ARRL is scratching their heads wondering why they keep losing
membership... is this rocket science?
