[nos-bbs] JNOS installer version 2 - help files included

Greetings,

I've upgraded the JNOS installer (linux only at this time). This one
will now install the full set of sysop and bbs user help files. Sysop
help files are usually found under /jnos/help, and the bbs (mailbox)
user help files are usually found under /jnos/spool/help.

This installer allows users to configure one AXIP link, one AXUDP link,
one TNC (already in KISS mode), and a beacon if the TNC is configured.

In version 2, you are not forced to configure the TNC, AXIP, AXUDP, or
a beacon. You can opt out of any or all of the above, leaving you with a
basic telnet server. The binary distributed with this one is 2.0f, from
my development system (compiled and running under slackware 9.1 linux),
but I've run the installer and subsequent configuration under SL 4 and
it works fine out of the box.

The help files are the original JNOS 1.11f files, which can also be found
under the documentation section (user manuals) of my JNOS 2.0 webpage. I'm
in the middle of updating the original documentation to reflect JNOS 2.0.
