[nos-bbs] SMTP server response to LAN client

Take a look at www.ki4bwj.org/packet. If you have it set up that way, you can 
access mail by using local directory for the receiving part of the jnos mail. 
Just point to the .txt file in the /jnos/spool/mail directory. 

You then use SMTP for sending and the mail server is the JNOS IP such as 
192.168.0.???. You do not need to use any username and password. 

I hope this helps. I am using Kmail, but it should be the same. A fellow ham 
in my area is using Eudora on Windows!
