Maiko, it would be interesting to know how many RAM memory you have
there. It often looks to me that a low system memory might be an
obstacle for handling larger mails. Specifically in my case where I have
only 1024 kb of system RAM, and after booting JNOS it reports about 100
kb as the 3rd value in the upper left corner. When a forwarding session
occurs, that parameter goes even lower (say up to some 55-60 kb, I
suppose). When the fwd session is over, it returns slowly to 'normal'
value of some 95-100 kb.

Agree with that ... anyway, with the low-end machines, 'users' (i.e.
forwarding partners) could be politely asked to restrict their proposals
to shorter messages. That's exactly what I configured at the FBB side,
but despite the parameter, it seems that some larger messages somehow
manage to pass trough and hang the fwd session.
