Barry,
Thanks for your comments. Reading your suggestions brought to mind using
the source command. If I coded the following in a file.
comm <asy_interface> "<alt-192><alt-255><alt-192>"
and execute the file with the source command from within the JNOS
computer, would that be a better route?
