[nos-bbs] DNS requirements

   In a much shorter question, and I think this is what Skip is basically
asking:

   How does one set up JNOS to first querry the domain.txt file for DNS 
resolves, and failing a successfull lookup, go to the nearest DNS server 
asking for a resolve?

   In Linux we do this by seeting the search order to host,bind.  But how 
is it done in JNOS?
