Good effort Maiko!

My guess is that the KAM driver should also run with all the later
Kantronics multimode gear too.

Now all we need is an AEA/PK232 driver. Let me see what hardware I can
scrounge up locally.

Repeat after me folks; a "gift" is worth nothing to Customs.
