[nos-bbs] TELPAC Hack breaks FBB forwarding?

Hi Bill,

The "telpac" flag was specifically created for telneting to any of
the W2LK stations on port 12001. For complete details, including an
example of the forward.bbs entry, see the following URL :

   http://www.langelaar.net/projects/jnos2/telpac.html

Do NOT use it for ax25 connections. It's just for telnet to W2LK servers.
