[nos-bbs] JNOS PMBO - correction - should be using QRG, not Dial !

I should know better then to use dial frequencies.

My QRG is currently 10.127 Mhz

>  SCS PTC users - 10.127 LSB

Obviously not the correct dial frequency.

>  DXP38 users - 10.129.1 LSB

For DXP38 modems using the default 2125 mark tone,
the dial frequency is more like 10.129.13 LSB.
