[nos-bbs] forward file import

I plan to play a bit with the amp protocol and interfacing to jnos.
exporting to a file is not that hard, at least it should not be hard, it
just an entry in the forward.bbs but I can't seem to find info on
importing these files into jnos.
in fbb it is just a matter of putting a mail.in file in the right dir
and it gets handled automatically every minute but I'm puzzled at how to
do it in jnos.

Any ideas?
