[nos-bbs] STRICTCALL LOGIN

Hello,

Wondering if in JNOS there is a function similar to
TNOS for 'pbbs strictcall' login. In TNOS when this
function is turned on, allows login only with
callsigns, this way a user cannot login as 'john'. If
in JNOS there is no such a function, how difficult
would be to add this in future versions.
