[nos-bbs] jumpstarting the bbs

While jnos2.0c4 doesn´t have a jumpstart command your explanation 
pointed me in the right direction to solve it.
I hadn´t set a bbscall so the mycall linkcall and bbscall where all the 
same.
after setting the bbscall to a diffrent ssid then the mycall the problem 
was solved and the bbs was strated after connecting.
this setup might cause some confusion as now the outgoing connection and 
beacons are different then the bbs, I´ll have to dig into the ifconfig, 
I can probably set a linkcall there per interface.
