[aprssig] WA2DFI Resigns, KV0S New TAPR President

Scotty Cowling, WA2DFI, resigned as TAPR President and TAPR Director
effective immediately. Scotty wrote, “It has been a great pleasure and a
privilege to work with TAPR for the past 18 years, and I wish you good
luck.”


Vice President, Dave Larsen, KV0S, assumes the office of President for the
remainder of Scotty’s term, which ends In November.
