The same as for classic packet APRS.   All three modes are operating from the 
same Yaesu FT-891 receivers on each band.

On 30M that means 10.147.60 MHz USB carrier freq, assuming you are using 
standard 1600/1800 "KAM" tones on classic FSK packet. Set the FLdigi modes 
(MFSK16 / PSK63) to 1700 Hz center frequency; i.e. same as 300-baud packet.  
VARA generates a FIXED spread of tones centered around 1500 Hz audio frequency, 
so the on-air signal will appear to be 200 Hz lower than packet or MFSK.  The 
DSP IF-passbands on my FT-891 transceivers has been widened slightly (from 500 
Hz to around 650) to accommodate the "slightly off-frequency" VARA mode.

On 60M "Channel 5" (5.403.50 USB carrier freq) same thing -- operate the normal 
packet APRS and FLdigi modes with standard 1600/1800 tones. VARA with it's 1500 
Hz center frequency will be also received with no frequency offset required.
