Which LoRa module are you using? Have you adjusted the power setting in the
SX radio to allow for the PA gain? It's very easy to severely over-drive the PA
in those modules, and I've characterized the E19-915M30S and E22-900M30S.

PA gain in the E19-915M30S is 17dB; output starts compression around +33dBm
with the SX1276 set to +17dBm. For +30dBm output, the SX1276 should be set to
+13dBm.

PA gain the E22-900M30S is lower, about 8dB, and starts to compress around
+28.5dBm out (SX1262 set to +20dBm). With the SX1262 set to +22dBm, output
power is +29.6dBm.
