Yes, also some spectrum around 433 MHz is an ISM band. However according to regulations we should refrain from contacting
non hams if we operate as such.

Murky (is there a lawyer in the room?) but true.

For example, playing with LoRa-APRS I am using a 1 W transmitter. That would be illegal for non hams anyway. And in case
the APRS repeater infrastructure forwarded APRS packets to exclusive ham spectrum would be illegal.

That said, it would be suicide to attract commercial users. Just think about the kerfufle with the HFT stock trading nonsense
on HF.
