[aprssig] APRS-IS and metadata

In addition to Borja's project list:

I use the Lora APRS IGate (https://github.com/lora-aprs/LoRa_APRS_iGate) at
home and run an APRSCube (German forum:
https://forum.aprs-dl.de/showthread.php?tid=31) in my car. Even in its
standard version (without the additional 1 watt module) the tracking
history of the APRSCube is impressive and sometimes MUCH better compared to
normal APRS - I live in a rural area in the middle of nowhere.

I may set up an additional mobile tracker based on the Lilygo T-Echo (
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4ZPJJyB1o4) as soon as the 433 MHz version
is available here in Europe at a reasonable price.
