Coverage of Helium IoT is remarkable.

Yes, you have to pay to receive packets, but they're cheap. MetSci LNS is 10,000 packets
per dollar. Now I'm really intrigued how easily OpenTrac would bind to LoRaWAN.

Of course, LoRaWAN is Part 15 unlicensed and thus available for any use, including
commercial fleet tracking.
