True, but the biggest problem is some of that 50ms is outside of our Part 97
allotment!  Since APRS digipeaters key-up frequently 24/7 that's a lot of
potential interference to other users outside of our ham bands.

I won't say it is not a problem, but a 50 msec hiccup, to me, is far from
serious.
