[aprssig] Alinco DR-135Mk III transmit defect

Interesting video showing in great detail a transmit defect with the Alinco
radios.  I've noticed for a long time these radios did something strange
when first keyed-up on a simple service monitor (spectrum analyzer) but
didn't have the tools to do the extended analysis that Alan (W2AEW) has
done.  I have setup a couple of these radios for APRS digi sites but most of
mine are the Kenwood TM-271 models using the packet interface (not mic &
speaker) that are (fortunately) still going strong.
