There is contact info on the PinPointAPRS website at:

<https://www.pinpointaprs.com/>

Scroll down to  the bottom of the home page.

I've tried the app on several computers but have found several shortcomings:

  * No support for KISS interface.
  * No way to stop automatic beacons and force a posit manually.
  * Is hopelessly tethered to the Internet for usable maps. (Though I DO admit
    it has a very wide range of map choices if you DO have Internet access.)
  * No explicit support for digipeating --  depends on the TNC or modem app
    supporting digipeating internally.

The program seems to be in the mindset of "APRS is  only a vehicle tracking
system" rather than a two-way comms system.
