[aprssig] Beacon too often

There is a ham in my area that beacons on APRS 144.390 every 15 seconds 
while mobile, and to me that seems rather excessive. It also makes it 
harder for other stations to use the frequency as we are in an area 
where 144.39 is very busy. I have mine set to every 10 minutes with 
smart beaconing on and it seems to work pretty well. What is an 
appropriate beacon rate? Thanks
