For an external TV monitor, you can always add an addition 5.8 GHz
drone-racing camera and transmitter to any of the drones that are
mentioned by others. they are tiny, lightweight, and you can just
velcro/tape it on to any existing drone for a second video feed.
Because the command uplink to the drone is almost always 2.4GHz, you
won't interfere with flight operations.
Something like this camera:

which will give you NTSC composite video out, perfect for running to
your Big TV.
