Microsoft is continuing to block mail from lists.tapr.org and EMWD
says they have been able to make no progress to resolve it.

They said our best option is to get another IP address on a different
subnet.  That will cost $7.50/month unless I can talk them down from
that.  I made the executive decision to go ahead and get the new
address so folks can get to our lists.  Hopefully this will be
implemented in  the next day or two.
