[aprssig] KPC3(& PLUS) digipeater documentation help needed

Hi All,

I'm trying to wrap my head around aprs specific setup for the KPC3's,
namely the BLT & LT commands.  My books don't cover this and I'd like to
better understand the timer thing and how to toggle it etc.

PDF or text file or URL would really help.  I already have working
example but no docs to guide me.
